Started at eighteen.
Nikita Parijenko started the company in 2023, at eighteen, in North Charleston, as Palmetto Landscape Co. In October 2026 it became Carolina Fieldstone: same owner, same crew, same phone number. Ordinary equipment and unglamorous jobs. Lawns, mulch, cleanups. Today the company runs a route of more than a hundred properties on a recurring two-week cycle, and every one of them was earned one at a time.
We started in 2023, and we are not going to dress that up as thirty years, and you will not find that claim anywhere on this site. What we will put in writing is the work: residential yards, and commercial grounds for places like Charleston Animal Hospital, American Automotive and Epiphany Acupuncture.
Today it is a hardscape and landscape business, building patios, driveways and drainage and keeping the grounds around them, across Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, James Island, Johns Island and West Ashley. Small enough that the person who prices your job is the person standing in your yard on the day.

Two complaints built this company.
Read what people in the Lowcountry write about their landscapers and the same two sentences keep coming back. He never showed up. Nobody would give me a price. The second one is rarely about the cost. It is about not knowing.
So those are the two we refuse to get wrong. You hear back the day you call. You get a real number before anyone starts, and you get told what is driving it instead of being handed a total to take on faith. And the job is finished when it is finished, with the edges cut, the clippings gone and the gate shut behind us.
See how we price the work- You call
- Answered the same day
- You ask a price
- A real number, before we start
- We finish
- The whole job, every visit
You can stand and look at it.
Ask why somebody starts a landscaping company at eighteen and the expected answer is money. Money is why you take the first job. It is not why you are still doing it a hundred properties later.
Two things keep it worth doing. The first is that no two properties are the same problem. Soil, shade, drainage, what the last company did wrong, what the owner actually wants rather than what they asked for. There is always something on a site that has to be worked out rather than looked up, and that never stops being interesting.
The second is simpler and it does not wear off. You arrive at something overgrown or tired or half finished, you spend a day on it, and the difference is visible from the street. Not many jobs end with something you can stand and look at.
- The interesting part
- Every property is a
different problem - The part that lasts
- You can see it
from the street - Since
- 2023

You get the owner, not a call center.
The number on this page rings Nikita. He walks the property, works out the price and is there when the work happens. Nothing is handed to a franchise office two states away, and nothing sits in a ticket queue over the weekend.
That is also the honest limit of a company this size. We take on what we can finish properly and we say so when a week is full, because a date we can keep is worth more to you than a date that sounds good on the phone.

Hardscape and grounds.
Hardscaping is half the work: paver patios and fire pits, driveways, walkways, yard drainage, retaining walls and whole backyard renovations. Our hardscaping page shows how the pieces fit together.
The other half keeps a property looking like somebody is paying attention to it: lawn care, fencing, ground covers, sod, artificial turf and cleanups. What drives the cost of every service is set out on the site, which is something you can read before you ever call.
The grounds services also run on commercial grounds, on a contract and a fixed day, for offices, retail, professional practices, HOA common areas and property managers running several addresses at once.
